We begin the process with a comprehensive design and budget appointment with the property owner. Once the “vision” is cast and the budget is set, our team goes to work getting contractor bids, coordinating the color and design scheme, and sourcing the perfect materials. A budget is submitted to the owner for final approval, and during the project a comprehensive detailed expense report is maintained.
