We will take the time to discuss some of the most important elements in the lease with your new tenant, including our rent collection policy and the process for reporting maintenance and repair needs.

We will prepare and sign all lease documents and complete a thorough pre move-in condition report, including date-stamped photographs. Once funds are collected and the tenant takes occupancy, one of two things will occur. Either we will continue managing your rental property as part of our full-service San Diego property management plan or we will turn the property back over to you for on-going management.

Do not mistake this company with San Diego Premier Property Management. San Diego Residential Property Management is a wonderful, pleasant, family owned company. Everything is streamlined and smooth. This has been one of the most hassle free property management companies we have ever rented with, if not the most pleasant. Everyone on the team, Sharyn, Bob, Brad, Julie, Juliana, and others not mentioned are empathetic, compassionate, understanding, and polite. Everything between us and the HOA was mediated quickly. Maintenance and Repairs were dont either same day or day after by extremely professional vendors. Our whole experience is overwhelmingly positive. We moved in during the pandemic and this team just made it work. They have safe rental properties in safe neighbourhoods. Their applications are competitive but fair.
