We will take the time to discuss some of the most important elements in the lease with your new tenant, including our rent collection policy and the process for reporting maintenance and repair needs.

We will prepare and sign all lease documents and complete a thorough pre move-in condition report, including date-stamped photographs. Once funds are collected and the tenant takes occupancy, one of two things will occur. Either we will continue managing your rental property as part of our full-service San Diego property management plan or we will turn the property back over to you for on-going management.
