Our property maintenance vendors are consistently evaluated on their responsiveness to service calls, pricing, billing practices, warranties offered, workmanship and customer service. The maintenance personnel we use are not employed by San Diego Residential Property Management, but are independent contractors. This allows for discriminating choices when selecting the vendor for a specific job. This strategy ensures that the best vendors continue with our team while those who do less favorable work or who’s pricing is excessive are not utilized. For prompt payment, all our vendors must submit written invoices for completed work to billing@SanDiegoRPM.com. All invoices must include work order number, description of work performed, property address, vendor’s contact information, invoice number and warranty information as applicable. Invoices will be paid NET 10.
