San Diego Residential Property Management is proud to partner with real estate professionals in the greater San Diego area to provide the highest comprehensive services for their clients. Although San Diego Residential Property Management is licensed to list for sale properties under our management, we recognize that you work hard on developing long-term relationships with your real estate clients and we honor that relationship – in writing! If a property is listed for sale with another agency while under our property management contract, San Diego Residential Property Management requests immediate notification and will continue to execute the terms of the property management agreement, including tenant negotiation. Should the property become vacant during the listing period and management services are needed, SDRPM offers services on a case by case basis as determined by your client’s need.

Since we don’t compete in the listing and selling business, San Diego Residential Property Management is the preferred property management firm to partner with you or your brokerage for property management services. Here are some of the ways we can help you in your business:

Register your prospect

Contact San Diego Residential Property Management with your prospective client that is in need of property management services. We will discuss the specific needs of your client, run rental comparables and make recommendations on how best to proceed. As required, we will schedule a meeting with you and your client at the property to evaluate the rental opportunity. We believe that this personalized service will provide your discriminating clients with the highest level of confidence in you!

Consulting on property management issues

We offer a full range of leasing, marketing, project management and management services including consulting on rental issues. We are here to help real estate agents and private landlords with professional advice on multiple property management related topics.

Referral Fees

A significant portion of our business comes from professional real estate agents in the area. We highly honor an agent’s relationship with a client and will consistently turn the client back to the agent in the event the client chooses to sell a managed property or purchase an area property. Please contact the SDRPM office to discuss current referral fees for both professional management and prospective tenant referrals. All referral fees will be paid when the property has rented, tenants have taken occupancy and all rents have been collected. The appropriate referral fees will be paid to the referring Broker. These fees are based upon a one-year lease term. All referrals less than one year will be pro-rated accordingly.
