Bob Davie is the Broker/Owner of San Diego Residential Property Management, a San Diego based property management firm. Although born in Southern California, Bob grew up in the Phoenix area and attended Arizona State University, receiving a degree in Management. Bob has 30 years of professional business experience, much of that time spent in the real estate and property management fields where he has acquired tremendous expertise in marketing, handling landlord/tenant issues, communication, managing client expectations together with providing exemplary customer service. Bob spent 15 years working for major corporations such as Wendy’s International and Hallmark Cards before starting SDRPM. While working at both of these organizations he was directly involved with the selection and build-out of retail commercial sites and lease negotiations. He has worked in numerous National Key Account positions allowing him premier experience with all levels of executives and business environments. He and his staff are passionate about exceeding the expectations of the clients they represent, the tenants that occupy their managed properties and the vendors that partner with them to provide superior customer service. This level of professionalism and dedication provides our clients with increased rents, decreased costs and downtime, leading to an overall outstanding management experience. As the managing Broker, Bob meets initially with each owner, as well as each tenant that occupies their rental properties. This practice ensures that the highest level of attention is provided to each client, so that their expectations can be thoughtfully met.
Bob serves in several industry and community based organizations. He is the past President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, current state treasurer for Cal-NARPM, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of his local Rotary International Club. He is also a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as the local Rancho Bernardo Business Association (RBBA). He volunteers his time to speak publicly on various real estate and property management related topics to local groups and organizations. Most recently, Bob has been appointed to the SDAR Grievance Committee.
Bob and his wife Sharyn have three grown children and have lived in the inland North County area of San Diego since 1997. As a family they enjoy the many opportunities that San Diego has to offer such as beach days, premier dining or a backyard barbeque! Bob and Sharyn also are very involved in their local church.

Sharyn Davie is the Property Manager and co-owner of San Diego Residential Property Management. Sharyn received her degree in Business & Economics from Westmont College and upon graduating, accepted a position with Arnel Management, one of southern California’s largest real estate investment & property management companies. From there Sharyn, worked in multiple positions within Red Lion Hotels & Inns (DoubleTree), rounding out her hospitality career as the Director of Sales for their San Diego/Mission Valley hotel. After spending several years raising her three children, Sharyn re-entered the work force spending 12 years as the Leasing Manager/Co-Owner of a small equipment leasing company. Sharyn manages all phases of the operational aspects of property management, Trust account administration, property bookkeeping, tenant selection and oversight of lease documentation.
Additionally, Sharyn uses her years of design experience to coordinate all project management work at SDRPM with help from her daughter-in-law, Juliana. From small bathroom renovations to entire single-family home remodels, SDRPM’s project management work has gone above and beyond customer’s expectations thanks to Sharyn’s expertise.

Leasing Manager and Sales Agent
Julie Seebruch is the Leasing Manager at San Diego Residential Property Management. Julie has been in the Residential Real Estate industry for over 8 years and previous to that, worked in a corporate environment in the High Tech Industry. Her background includes property appraisal, marketing, and real estate sales. Julie has earned many designations to further her knowledge in real estate and to better assist her clients. Julie lives in Poway with her husband and two children.

Property Services Administrator
Michelle is the Property Services Administrator at San Diego Residential Property Management. Michelle is the co-owner of an appraisal business that she’s managed for the last 16 years and continues to run it in addition to her time spent at SDRPM. She recently received her degree in Nutrition and Fitness and is currently working to obtain her Real Estate license to further her knowledge of the field. Michelle is a single mom of three children and enjoys spending her free time exercising, playing with her two adorable corgi puppies, and getting outdoors with her family.
Project Coordinator / Accounts Payable
Juliana is the Project Coordinator and Accounts Payable at San Diego Residential Property Management. Juliana is a native San Diegan with her Bachelor’s Degree from local school, Point Loma Nazarene University. She has a passion for the design and detailed work that goes into the remodel projects that she works on with Sharyn at SDRPM. She plans to further her knowledge of the real estate and project management fields by obtaining her RE License and a project management or interior design certificate. She and her husband enjoy exploring nature, playing music, and spending time with friends and family in their free time.
