Emergency Information

The management office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and by appointment on Saturday. The office is closed on Sunday and major holidays.

In the event of a property related emergency (i.e. water pipe burst, electrical sparking or a non-SDG&E electrical outage) please call the following:

Life threatening health or safety emergency, dial 911. If you place a call to the emergency phone, please provide the following information:

  • Property Address
  • Tenant Name
  • Best phone number to contact you
  • Detailed description of the problem

Upon leaving a message on the emergency phone, you will be contacted promptly by the appropriate contractor to remedy the problem. All non-emergency property maintenance will be addressed during regular business hours.

Property issues that are considered emergencies are:

  • Flooding or uncontrollable leak
  • Fire
  • Electrical outage (non SDG&E)
  • Electrical sparking
  • No heat

Property issues that are NOT considered emergencies:

  • Air conditioning not operational
  • Toilet running or clogged, especially if there is more than one toilet in the home
  • Garbage disposal not operational
  • Laundry appliances not operational
  • Routine property maintenance
  • Refrigerator not cooling
